These terms govern use of the ThinkBrain portals operated by WLTH LLC dba ThinkBrain. Your project engagement itself is governed by the master services agreement you sign in the portal; if these terms and your MSA conflict, the MSA wins for that engagement.
Access is by invitation only. You are responsible for your credentials and for the people you invite to your team; owners can scope or revoke access at any time. We may suspend accounts that jeopardize the security of the service.
You own the material you upload. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service — storing, displaying, and processing it for your project. Deliverable ownership transfers per your MSA on payment.
Invoices, payment schedules, and fees (including the card-processing fee disclosed at checkout) are presented in the portal before you pay. Wire transfers reconcile in 1–2 business days; disputed charges follow the process in your MSA.
No attempts to breach access controls, probe other tenants’ data, resell the service, or upload unlawful material. We may remove content or suspend access to protect the service and its users.
The portal is provided “as is”; to the extent the law allows, our aggregate liability for portal use is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
