ThinkBrain is a software design and build studio operated by WLTH LLC (“ThinkBrain”, “we”). This policy covers the thinkbrain.com portals — the admin console, team portal, and client portal — and describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Account data you provide (name, email, company, phone), project material you or your team upload (proposals, documents, messages), payment records processed by our payment providers (we never store full card numbers), and technical logs (IP address, device, sign-in events) kept for security and audit.
To run your portal: authentication, project delivery, e-signature, invoicing, and support. To secure the service: invite-only access, audit trails, fraud prevention. To communicate: the notifications you switch on in Notification preferences. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your project material to train AI models.
Only processors needed to run the service — hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), payments (Stripe), e-signature (SignWell), email (Resend), and scheduling (Cal.com) — each bound by their own data-protection terms. Otherwise, only if the law requires it or you direct us to.
Project records are kept for the life of your engagement plus the period our legal obligations require, then deleted. You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time at legal@thinkbrain.com; signature and billing records required by law are retained.
Access is invite-only and role-scoped; confidential material additionally sits behind signed NDAs. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, enforced by row-level security at the database layer, and every access is logged.
